did you recently experienced a break up, and you are asking yourself "how do i get back together with my exa^EUR?? you may want to win your ex back from the start of the break up, and this is a common occurrence that everyone experiences.
you may find yourself falling into an emotionally depressed state, and you may find yourself wondering what you are going to do. you may feel initially like calling your ex and begging them to come back to you. but will this really solve your situation? rather than make things better, it can easily make your situation worse, pushing your ex away even further.
what you should try to do at this point is the opposite of what you are thinking or feeling. do you feel like you need to call or text your ex? don't do it, this can be hard not to do, but you can avoid this! do you feel like crying all day? really try not to, instead, follow these three basic steps and you will have the answer that you need to the age old question "how do i get back together with my ex?"
step 1 - how do i get back together with my ex: accept the break up!
first and foremost, you need to accept that the break up is happening or has happened. tell your ex that you are fine with it, and allow the "moving on" process to begin. when you do this, it will get rid of a large amount of the tension and stress that is happening between both of you. this will give your ex time to think about your relationship, and this will also give you time to consider all of your options. if your ex realizes that they still love you, they will work to find a way to get back with you.
step 2 - how do i get back together with my ex: do not contact your ex!
don't try to contact your ex for the time being. you should cut the communication off with them, this will bring on some "thinking time". this may seem counter productive, by cutting communication off you are showing that you are moving on and that you are doing fine.
this will allow them to think about the relationship and how they feel about its worth. it will also allow them time to miss you again. when you can get some time away from your ex and can calm your nerves, this may be the best time to let them realize your importance to them.
step 3 - how do i get back together with my ex: plan ahead for the get together
once you have completed the two steps mentioned just above, you can start to plan on when you should meet, where you should meet, and also what should be said when you do meet up again. this will allow you to get a better idea of whether or not your ex still loves you. it will also let you know if there is any chance that you and your ex will be able to get back together again.
"how do i get back together with my ex?" may be a little more complicated than the three steps above. but these steps will be a good start and will improve your chances of winning back your ex.
